I don't really know what to tell you but it doesn't sound like a simple problem like vac lines or sensors if it's that bad. Be sure your timing belt is set properly. Maybe it's so far off it's not burning up the fuel in the cylinders properly. The timing is kinda hard to set on these things if it's like mine and the crank has to be lined up to that bolt. I added a photo below if it can help. Does it run hot or any other problems? Your fuel injector may be dumping too much fuel in too. It's really hard to say and there are a few possibilities...
