The transmission you have which is a Getrag F23 uses ATF, and the clutch master cylinder uses D.O.T. 3 or higher brake fluid. If your fluid level is still full and nothing is leaking, then it is YOUR CLUTCH.

If your car shifts just fine and goes into all the gears, there is nothing wrong with the shift cables. Don't touch them inside the car at all which is where adjustments are made.

A new clutch will probably run 300-500 bucks depending on where you buy it from. Honestly get a GM/ LUK/ Ripset clutch. With labor and everything, your looking at around $1,000-1,200 easily not doing it yourself.
