Don't dick with it. The rear is the worst to remove when you're dealing with defrosters. I'd say take it to shop and let them take the rear one off. The others are fairly easy, just cut large lines, kinda like squares. Peel each spuare evenly so that way if the film wants to rip, it doesn't rip in a large area.
