Problem Fixed!!!!
the board must be diffrent from 1st gen to 2nd pumps
i put the old circut board back in and started it up with the 97 float arm and it WORKS!!(only the float arm from 2001 was broken)
the resistance must be diffrent from 1st gen to 2nd gen
Hope you all read this to help others out who try to swap 1st gen to 2nd gen pumps!
