Looking at the diagram, the only way the blower can run is if the blower control relay is hot, which is supposed to only happen in "run" position...
Additionally the blower switch supplies the ground for the blower motor, and in the off position should deny any ground to the blower...so it shouldn't be able to run with the blower switch in the off position even if the relay is still hot for some reason....
Can you turn the blower off with the switch, in other words does it just continue to run if the blower switch is in an active position, turns off if you turn it off?
Just trying to get a feel for exactly where the problem lies...
Which fuse # was it that you replaced when this all happened?
