replace the tensoiner (95.00 ebay) at the same time as the belt (40.00 dealer)

Its quite simple, cut the old belt, remove the 3 10mm bolts that hold the tensioner to the head. Install new belt (make sure you put it arround the crank first, it has a lip and a bolt at the back that the belt catches on some times). install a M8 x 80 bolt into the new tensioner and tension it down and bolt the tensioner to the engine. after the new belt is on remove the bolt to put tension on the belt.

Shouldnt take more than 30min to do. Dont do just the belt because the tensioner WILL fail w/in 6mo and take out the new belt.
