Download the 2002 Factory Service manual from the FREE FACTORY SERVICE MANUAL thread in this forum and go section TRANSAXLE 21 page 4 and it will show you where the input and output sensors are located. All you should need it a socket and rachet to change them. You will need to have vehicle on ramps or jacked up and jackstands to support vehicle for safety to get underneath the car.
