That means the torque converter clutch is not locking up. You'll want to diagnose it further if you do any regular highway driving as it helps a lot on the efficiency of an A/T (gives better MPGs). If you dont drive much and only drive in the city, I probably wouldn't worry about fixing it. To test the solenoid, unplug the connector and measure the resistance. If it's open, the solenoid is bad.
