Well here we go...
The hub is held on by a large gland nut then a spring washer, bolt keeper and finally a cotter pin. The book shows torque spec's of 180 foot pounds for resetting the hub.
Thats as much as I know at this point.

PS. this is my first front end on an American car. But I've done lots of work on Nissans and VW's
Once that gland nut is removed..do I need to use a slap hammer or puller for removing the hub?
Also... are these bearings sealed mech. or tappered bearings. I suspect it's gonna be a flat bearing because the gland nut is torqued on, but I thought I should ask.
