The old mounting plates are probably reusable although they are sometimes pretty rusty.

Youll want new bearings on the front, if someone tries to sell you rear strut bearings, smack them

The link in your post didnt work for me, but I do though that you will need a spring compressor of some sort so you can remove the old struts and install the new. They are available for rent at most parts stores, its most commonly called a Macpherson strut compressor.
