There are three nylon bushings in the gear housing that have self destructed. HELP! makes a kit for $15, you should also be able to get a kit from most auto chains. You do not need to buy a motor! The repair is straight forward. I have not done a 94 but have done 64, 65, 85, 86, 87, 88 and 1990 T-Birds. If this body follows the mid 80's the hardest part is drilling out access holes in the interior door skin (after you remove the door panel). there should be three dimples in the door where you drill each one out - just large enough to get a socket through to the bolts that hold the motor in place.
Make sure you clean the housing well and remove all traces of the destroyed nylon bushings! Hope this helps.
