Where is the daytime running ligths relay located exactly?

Next big question, fuel pump making noise and I replaced it 1-1/2yrs ago. I show 56psi and book says should be 60psi min. Before I do that I was going to put a new fuel pressure regulator on. Is this mounted under the intake manifold and is it a quick job? Never done one or taken the manifold off.

Any other suggestions would be great. What is happening is sometimes the truck won't start like it is not getting gas. Hasn't stranded me yet but close. I can' t believe the pump has gone bad already. It is making a grinding vibration and not a whirring noise like when it was new. I put in a Airtex 3932m pump/module from autozone ($200) cuz that was the only one in stock at the time around town
