Please use punctuation (as you agreed to when registering on this forum) so we can tell where one thought ends and the next begins.
Verify the battery cables are clean and tight. Since you took the battery out and it worked fine for a few times, a loose connection seems like a high possibility.
Also, if you have worn brushes or contacts within the starter motor, it could cause your symptoms. The act of removing your starter may have jostled the brushes enough to make contact during the test and upon reinstallation.
When the car won't start, does the "Theft" or "Security" light on the instrument cluster light or flash? What happens if you shift the car to neutral and try starting it?
