Yes it does block it. The Transfer from the wagon won't handle much more than 130bhp - then it blows (discovered from bolting a ZC into a wagon and adding turbo). CRV might handle it better I suppose, but if you want a 4WD performance car, it's prolly cheaper buying one that has 4WD already
