I think you have a minor crack in the head. If you pull it look over the head gasket throughly but I would take the head to a meachine shop and have it pressure tested. It also may be slightly warped. They can also fix this for you.
Use a flashlight and look very closely between cylinders for a crack they can bore and sleeve to fix this. I've found this but it normally is a head problem
Ask the machine shop as they do a lot more of these and can tell you exactly where to look.
