I ran the tests and came back with theses results.
key on with engine off gives 60.
Cold start gives me a fluctuation between 50-52.
Under acceleration it will hit 60 and then slowly back off to 55.
Pressure never gets above 60.
After shutting engine off, pressure remains at 60. I checked after about 45 minutes and pressure was still around 40. There was no quick leak down.
