It depends on if you want to replace the front or rear bearings. The front are very difficult and I generally have to heat it with a torch then press it out using a hydrolic bottle jack and a sleeve that I made myself (I don't have the special tools recommended for the job). The rear are a lot easier. The only thing difficult is removing the hub. The trick is to loosen the brake or emergency brake cable (I forget which).
