When you replaced the hubs, did you buy brand name ones, or cheap generic China made ones? When it comes to ABS sensor equipped hubs, going cheap doesn't pay.

One other thing, did you do the work yourself or did a shop install them? If you or they used an impact wrench on the axle nut, or didn't torque the axle nut to spec with a hand torque wrench, that will lead to premature failure of the bearing/ABS sensor. The clamping force of pulling the CV axle through the bearing also pre-loads it and holds it together. Undertightening will cause the bearing to fall apart, overtightening will cause pre-mature wearout due to increased friction. The hammering action of an impact wrench can and normally will damage the ABS sensor.
