It is a 1999, with 74,000 miles on it.

Yes, it has a '4WD Auto' button

None of the lights on the switches are turned on.

The 'Check 4WD' dash indicator is on.

I assume all of the fuses that need checking are the ones on the main fuse block, or is there an additional fuse block located elsewhere?

Yeah, I think it is model 236, as I have read that is what is on all 1999 models that have the 'auto' feature.
