The hood looks alot like the ones on the 95 Cobra R (without the round bulge ontop), which Tamiya made in 1/24 scale a while back.
I just dry fitted the 95 R hood from Tamiya on a 99 Cobra from Revell and it will fit, but would take a bit of work as its too wide and long.
The relevant Sprue is 'E' part no 0002796 (kit 156) if you want to try and order it from Tamiya, if they still have any.
