Probably going to be tough with the car on ramps! I am sure it would be far easier if you could get the car up in the air. Everything is easier when you have more room. Also, on a 97, I would say there is a pretty good chance the bolts will break! That's 11 yrs. of winter, rain, debris, and heat! I would put some PB Blaster on there and wait a few minutes before trying to get them off.
