The ITR engine (I'm interested in dropping it into a 5th gen civic chassis) runs between $5500 and $10,000 for the engine and transmission alone. The code is something like B18C-5. For CTR cams , springs and retainers talk to ROger at Hybrid in Sydney as he was offering them on this board a while ago to Pete and Lang.
You're better off rebuilding and modifying you're current B16A. Croyden have a $5000 upgrade package that is both NA and pretty useful. You get cams, ECU, throttle body etc.
