Re: added OEM XM Tuner to xm ready radio
Same issue: added used XM module (GM PN 28126669/25911777) to my 2007 Saturn Outlook, get 'XM Theftlocked' message on radio. My Saturn dealer had the car for most of a day, was not able to clear the message, says it is impossible - or at least they don't know how. I know it can't be.
How were you able to resolve the problem? I can't return the module, can't use it, can't really sell it knowing it can't be used as is.
