Some punctuation would be nice yes. But to answer your questions. No you do not need a new ECU, you can use your stock. But you are going to need a piggy back fuel controller such as the Apex'i AFC series.
8psi is nice for a stock motor.

www.4g64.150m.com. Also you may wan't to invest in an external wastegate to control your boost better.
