You could try tirerack.com. I've bought tires through them over the past few years and have received some good prices. Even with shipping they still come out cheaper than many of the local stores around me. They have installers in most areas that can put the tires on your rims and then on your car, or you can call around and see who has the best price for mounting,balancing and installation.
Another possible source for low cost tires and installation is warehouse clubs like Sam's or BJ's. They have some good prices and tend to charge less on the mounting and balancing. I've bought tires from both of these places over the past 20 years and never had an issue. You do need to be a member to get the best price however.
