you shouldnt have to touch most of the wiring. just make sure all the steering column and dash wiring is extended to reach to the other side of the car. you could i guess just swap around the harnesses, i.e. use the left harness on the right side for tails/headlights, since the left side needs to be longer and the right side needs to be shorter. unless for some dumb reason your swapping driver sides with a KA, which is pointless. whatever other motor you use came in a RHD drive to begin with, so the ECU should be in the correct location and the harness should line up correctly.
