lock the dorrs with the power lock button on the drivers door, then wait about 30 seconds and unlock the drivers door with the key. If this doesn't work lock the doors again and wait then unlock the passenger door with the key. and then the liftgate if that doesn't work.

The drivers switch often gets broke/wore out so you have to unlock the passenger door.
