Completely random, what year is your car? The bracket that holds the top portion of the seat in place is completely different looking on mine. Its the same 10mm bolt, but I have a much bigger piece of steel.

Also, some cars will have the issue of fold down seats to deal with. if you have fold down seats you will need to fold each side down and remove 2 10mm bolts from the exposed bracket. You will also need to remove the safety cable bracket from the trunk so that the cable can come out with the seat.
