There is a 30 amp circuit breaker in the fuse blocks for these. Neither circuit has anything in common with each other. Also a 15 amp fuse for the door locks.
If fuses and relays are ok, then I would start looking at the master switches on the drivers doors or the wiring where it comes from the master switch, through the door post and to the fuse blocks. I have seen wires break and even seen where field mice have made nests and chewed the wiring harness under the fender well and under the hood where these come through the body panels.
