If it is one of the formed plastic hard lines, then a dealer might have it, or you might try some hard line from Autozone. You can also attempt to splice it with a piece of rubber hose that fits the hard line, usually 3/16" ID rubber line will work. You can use 'zip ties' to snug it against the line.
