Question I am so confused

I can get a great deal on a Toyota Celica All trac turbo... $1500, 90k rust around edges of sunroof, front bumper needs to be replaced, paint touch ups required..... For those of you who dont know. The all trac produced 200hp and 190 ft lbs of torque, it is all wheel drive (no burn outs) and turned a 1/4 mile time of 15.6 running only 6 psi. Can be upgraded to twice that psi and a single bar (14psi) with minor modifcations. However the after market exterior support is limited for it. It would be fast for cheap, already a 5speed, and sleeper..... I am 16.. make the bucks but don't have my own place. I want to keep my hatch and get the celica I could afford it. I would fix it up as a project car on the side.. I would have to ask my gma to store it in her garage or rent a storge garage (quite expensive). This seems like a great car the visibility sux I have driven one before and it is impossible to see through the back window if you can call it that. I love my hatch and will get my JDM front conversion in 2 weeks have it painted in 2 and have it on that week. I want to go SOHC VTEC turbo. However for the money it would cost to swap I could have heavily modified the celica to run 11s with no problems. I could put 3 grand into the celica and have it look good and be fast as a bat out of hell. The hatch project is looking like $6k to do everything. What do you guys and girls (ami) think???? I want both cars but insurance for both would be $260 an month combined and I would have to rest at the sohc vtec swap..... The all trac is very rare and the fastest stock celica ever to be imported to the us. All opinions good and bad welcomed.
