Its on the front axle, on the top, right side (pass). Where the wire connects. But its not a vaccum switch, its a thermally activated.
The oem parts failed over time and a redesigned parts is available from GM but I hear aftermarket may have a replacement that is much less cost. The GM part requies a difference wire harness be soldered in.
