you have a horn relay, probably in the main fuse box under the hood. Maybe swap that relay for another thats the same for the time being and try the horn again.
Then check your invoice to see if the body shop replaced the horn, because I think in GP's, the horn is on the passenger side up front, right where your car was damaged. If they replaced it, then bring the car back and tell them the replacement horn isnt working.
You can also remove the passenger side headlamp, and make sure that everything is connected and if you have a DVOM you can have a buddy activate the horn as you check to voltage.
