I'm having a little trouble with yur explanation but I'll give it a try. If it's noisy when you depress the clutch and if the sound changes when you just barely touch the clutch, it's probably the throwout bearing.

With the clutch depressed and it's noisy and no noise with it released an no noise when you just touch it, it's probably the pilot bearing.

If it makes a racket sitting in neutral with your foot off the clutch, and gets quiet with the clutch depressed, it's probably a bearing in the transmission.
