Replace that much on a brake job? If your pads are worn or you have a stuck caliper, than I would say ok, with the milage the rear shoes too need to be looked at and possibly replaced. But replacing the drums and rotors! I would have them measure them first. Most shops will turn a rotor or drum before thy replace it unless they are lazy.
MAkesure that they use the right rotors for your XJ, there is a model year that they changed the rotors and it will cause further problems. Most autoparts stores will only carry in stock one of the two types.
