Thanks anyways guys for trying but I just found the vent solinoid location. It is within the right quarter panel very close to the gas filling tube and is accessed from underneath the vehicle.
It cost less to just guess than paying for the diagnostic fee!
I don't have the tool to turn off the 0440 code but the computer should shut off the check engine light if replacing the part was successful in fixing the problem
