for headers, dc seems to be the most popular. all headers are s/s, its just that one uses "mild" s/s with a ceramic coating. im not positive which is actually stronger, but ive been told the straight s/s is. i believe 4-2-1 gives a small gain over the entire band, and 4-1 gives more of an increase, but only at high revs.
as far as intakes go, theyre all the same. the only perk of getting the overpriced aem is because its carb exempt. but ive seen a brand on ebay called CP, and they sell for about $60, and they too have the carb sticker.
