How did you check for spark? I pull a wire from one of the front plugs, insert a spare plug & rest the base of the plug against the head or block. Watch for spark while someone cranks over the engine. Repeat with the other two front cylinders to eliminate the possibility of a bad coil. The wires have to be on the rear plugs while doing this test.

If none of the front cylinders are sparking then check for 12 volts at the pink wire in the ICM wiring harness. Key has to be in run position. Let us know if you're not getting 12 volts.

If the pink wire has 12 volts then you pretty much have it narrowed down to ICM, crank sensor or the wiring between them. Best way to check ICM is by trying it on another car. I'd say we see 3 or 4 times more bad crank sensors than ICM's.
