I wouldnt say your idling troubles are a LIM.

How many miles on your car?
I assume this is a 3.4 , here is a link that covers most of it.

You could change your head gaskets too since you have the motor torn down that far.
If you just change the LI then you would need the lower intake gakset kit; LI, UI, valve cover gaskets, and maybe the TB gasket and a seal or two.
A full kit minus teh head gaskets costs about $150 at Napa.
