getting the hardware off was the easy part all came off with not much effort..... it was physically removing the starter motor from vehicle the damm thing was trapped between the engine , frame, and transfercase.... 5sp manual tranny......so i had passenger side motor mount and transmission mount disconnected and then jacking up passenger side of engine/tranfercase i just barely got it out and of course slipped in the new one.....thank god it didn't need to be shimmed......
