Without more research I can tell you that typically, a turbo exhaust mani for 5cyls in .065 wall stainless will run $1600-1800. This is laser cut, surface ground 1/2" flanges, all mandrel bend .065 wall domestic 304 stainless equal length primary tubes, properly swaged and tapered ends, purge welded and leak tested. Extras like external WG and any fittings required beyond the basic stuff ( fittings and holes are pretty cheap though. This is under the assumption that the head flange is a basic flat-cut part/parts. If it needs to be machined for o-rings or whatever would drive the cost up a bit. I can also fab in Inconel Ti or whatever also. Other readers may be interested to know adding or dropping cylinders is about $200.00 per hole and use of aftermarket flanges could drop the price by $200.00.
