From the ignition switch in either the ACCY or RUN positions and from there feeds to the Sunroof fuse (20 amp). Doesn't make any difference if you don't have a sunroof. That fuse is still used.

Wouldn't hurt. Also, check the wiring harness for any damaged/frayed wiring.

It does get heat, i just think the gauge should be closer to the 210 mark at normal operating temp. No check engine lights are on either. Seems the radiator cap does not get hot either until after the car is turned off and sits for a bit but i think the radiator cap is on the "cool" side of the system?? any help would be greatly appreciated. For normal operating temperature and after sufficient engine warmup the temp gauge should read around the regulating temperature of the thermostat more or less and with no cooling system issues. Stock thermostat is 195 degrees. A reading of 210 degrees is OK but on the high side. Your weather could be a factor.
