Ford Repair CD" as there used to be a web page to download the CD's online. The one I got
http://www.fordcds.com/ comes out blank, so maybe it's down. Also you could try having a look at eBay and pickup one at a good deal! Those Ford Service Informaton Manuals list the Torque Values for everything you're concerned about.
