All done at once, You do need to send them the core. In which case I would reccomend that you not have your mechanic do it, and instead go to the junkyard and find a spare harness to use for the time that they are modifying yours. In fact, just send them the one from the junkyard. Ive heard of many people doing this to minimize downtime. It truly becomes a plug and play affair once you get it back and the harness will look like stock.
