Greg - another couple of comparisons to the former Paul Stewart #023 are that this one in the RL article has the flared front wheel arches and wears the GTR-style 18" OZ wheels instead of the road car wheels.
The silver road car with the flares and normal headlights in this shot, however, is a third car we have yet to determine anything about :
