2wd or 4wd.... there is a difference... 2wd you can get longer spindles, if its 4wd, you can normally just crank the torsion bars to get it level... If you cant crank that much you need to get Ford (higher indexed) torsion bar keys. Trouble with cranking the bars you need an alignment afterwards and it will ride slighty rougher. fairly easy to do and with stock tires you can fit a 33" tire easily on stock wheels
