Try disconnecting the MAF sensor and run it disconnected to rule it out. Since you have a history of misfire DTCs that is the direction to head and it doesn't hurt to verify fuel pressure with a gauge to rule it out as a problem. You might consider testing the CAT convertor based on your symptoms and since you had random misfire DTCs. Also you can check for a clogged/flaky CAT with an automotive vacuum gauge (0-30 in-hg).

Regardless of whether it appears to work OK with the SC belt disconnected.
