did you get a po758 code? i just had this happen to my truck. shift solenoid B is the one you will probably have to replace, about $20 for another one. both shift solenoids are at the rear of the valve body so the pan needs to be dropped to replace it. you will also need supplies like 6 quarts of trans fluid, filter, and pan gasket. took me about 1hr 1/2 - 2hrs to replace the solenoid.
