yeah there was a good amount of snow when it happened..but the wipers were not stuck (i made sure to free them)...It was weird how it happened, usually when the wipers go off, they go down,pause,and then make the final push down to the park position. But instead of going all the way down they would pause, and then go back up and stop. I read another post in chevy venture/pontiac montanna forum of the same problem on the cold mornings with snow, but it goes away when the car and/or weather warms up.
www.2carpros.com also states the cause as offen being a shorted park switch inside the motor, offen relating to snow and/or cold.
