Usualy outside wear is from wrong tire inflation or the alignment, ecessive toe-in or to much(+) camber.
Or you have a suspension arm bent or twisted.

On the pulling , could be a caliper dragging, or even a broken or weak spring.
I'd suspectt the caliper though. Might even cause you tire to wear funny.

Check that the slide pins are actualy sliding and not froze/stuck, and make sure the pads are on right, wear indicator goes on the inside of the rotor.
